- Down to earth Florida boy. I'm an easy-going laid back kinda guy. I love to laugh and have a good time. I started reading when I was like 10 and haven't stopped since. Sometimes I am reading up to 7 books at once. The very first book I read from cover to cover was J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Hobbit". It changed my life forever, for the first time I remember Tolkien's story took me out of my world and transported me directly to the Shire and the Lonely Mountain and everywhere in between. The world of my book is very heavily influenced by the Lord of the Rings and Star Wars with touches of Dune and Wheel of Time in it as well. All of these stories deeply affected me and influenced the story I am trying to write.
